La tradizione di una delle più rinomate
firme inglesi continua a vivere in questi
fucili destinati alla caccia e al tiro al
piattello, nelle cui specialità agonistiche
possono vantare indiscussi primati già da
lungo tempo. Il calcio è in noce lucidato a
olio e zigrinato nelle aree di presa
dell’impugnatura e dell’astina. La canna,
a due ordini, è brunita con un caldo color
marrone nel modello a pietra focaia e con
il colore nero in quello a percussione.
Negli allestimenti Deluxe l’acciarino e
altre parti metalliche presentano una
finitura colore argento vecchio arricchita
da eleganti incisioni con finiture eseguite
a mano, mentre la canna è impreziosita
con la scritta in oro “Mortimer”.

The tradition of one of the most recko-
ned English gun makers signature con-
tinues to live in these shotguns designed
for hunting and clay pigeon target sho-
oting, in which disciplines they can
claim ongoing medal winning for a
long time. The oil finished walnut stock
is checkered at the grip and at the fo-
rend. The octagonal to round barrel is
rust brown finish colour for the flin-
tlock model while it is blued for the
percussion model. In the Deluxe version
the lock and the other metal parts are
coin colour finish enriched with elegant
engraving and with the name “Morti-
mer” in gold letter on the barrel.
