inletting, the accurate engravings and
gold inlays on the frame of Extra Deluxe

Silhouette, arricchito da incisioni e im-
preziosito con rimessi in oro e argento.
Questo modello rappresenta un omag-
gio alla cultura e alla sacralità degli In-
diani d’America. Con alcuni importanti
simboli abbiamo voluto ricordare la na-
scita e la vita dei Lakota e il dono della
Sacra Pipa, quando per volere del Gran-
de Spirito (Wakan-Tanka) un animale
si trasformò nella Donna-Bisonte Bian-
co (Ptesan-Wi) per portare questo im-
portante segno di pace e di religiosità. I
simboli incisi sull’arma rappresentano
ideografie nelle pitture su tende, armi e
suppellettili comuni a tutti gli indiani
delle praterie.

rifle, enrichedwith accurate engravings
and made more precious with gold and
silver inlays. This model represents a
homage to the culture of the American
Indians. With some important symbols
we wanted to remind the birth and the
life of Lakotas and the gift of the Sacred
Pipe when for the Great Spirit Wakan-
Tanka’swill an animal self-transformed
into a Woman-White Bison “Ptesan-Wi”
to carry an important sign of peace and
religiousness. The symbols engraved on
the gun represent copies of the paintings
on the tents, arms and common objects
to all the American Indians of the
plains.
