Fedele riproduzione dello Sharps Long
Range Rifle ideato nel dicembre 1876,
riconvertendo fucili dotati di canna da
32” (813 mm) con canne da 34” (864
mm). In un primo tempo venne prodotto
con grilletto singolo e solo nel febbraio
1879 ne vennero realizzati un centinaio
di pezzi con stecher a doppio grilletto. Il
calcio e l’asta sono in noce selezionato e
zigrinati. Il calcio con impugnatura a
pistola e guanciale ne garantiscono la
stabilità di tiro. L’asta è completata con
puntale in German silver.

Accurate reproduction of the rifle
Sharps Long Range model made in
December of 1876, converting rifles
with 32” (813 mm) barrels length to 34”
(864 mm). At the beginning it was
produced with single trigger, only in
February of 1879 some hundred pieces
have been made with double set trigger.
Stock and forend are made of selected
walnut, checkered. The stock with pistol
grip and cheek piece enables the
shooting stability. The forend is
completed with a German silver cap.

Questo modello di fucile Sharps, nasce
originariamente dalla trasformazione di
un modello da cavalleria di cui mantiene
la tabacchiera e il porta-anello per la
sella. Il calcio all’inglese e l’asta, com-
pletata con puntale in German silver,
sono in noce selezionato, zigrinati e luci-
dati a olio.

This Sharps rifle model comes
originally from the transformation of
a Cavalry model of which it keeps
the patchbox and the saddle ring.
The stock and the forend in selected
walnut, German silver cap, are
checkered and oil finished.
