produzione del fucile Mortimer, ci ha

decisamente inorgogliti; abbiamo quindi

accolto i suggerimenti di molti tiratori e

riprodotto un modello di una delle più

prolifiche famiglie di armaioli, le cui armi

erano sinonimo di superba qualità e ac-

la nostra riproduzione ne ha mantenuto

tutte le caratteristiche tecniche e balisti-

che, a cui si aggiunge la realizzazione

delle parti meccaniche con macchine a

controllo numerico, che ne garantiscono

la qualità esecutiva. La canna, scodolabi-

le e cromata, è perfettamente allineata

con la parte superiore del calcio, caratte-

rizzato dall’impugnatura a “manico di

sega”, zigrinato, che assicura al tiratore

una presa “costantemente” uguale in mo-

do da rendere la linea di mira più lunga.

La bacchetta conica, con puntale in corno

appare un dettaglio elegante nel sobrio

contesto di una delle più belle repliche

sul mercato. La versione Deluxe risulta

elegante e preziosa nelle sue incisioni di

scuola inglese, copie esatte dell’originale,

con finiture e rimessi in oro eseguiti

completamente a mano. L’arma è pro-

dotta con calcio in noce europeo selezio-

nato, le parti metalliche presentano una

finitura color argento vecchio e la canna

è color damasco.

to the production of mechanical parts

made with numerical control machines,

quality is assured.

The breech hook chromed barrel is

perfectly aligned with the upper part of

the wood, featured with a “saw grip”,

checkered, that grant the shooter a

continous steady grip for the best aiming

of the target.

The conical ramrod with horn tip gives

an elegant detail in the sober contrast of

one of the most beautiful replicas on the

market. The Deluxe version is enriched

with engravings in the style

of the

English school, with

exact copies of the

original patterns, with gold inlays on

the barrel. The pistol is produced with

selected walnut stock, the metal parts

are coin finish colour and the barrel is

rust brown colour finished.

terms, at page 157 of the book

written by H. Lee Munson “The

Mortimer Gunmakers – 1753-1923”,

for our famous reproduction of the

Mortimer rifle, we became so proud to

yield to the suggestions of many shooters

to reproduce also a model of pistol of

that family which has been surely one of

the most prolific gunsmith families

producing guns of great quality and

accuracy.
